Dining Etiquette

Our youth have chosen to have an Etiquette dinner next week. We plan to have a spaghetti dinner with a salad and a lite dessert. We will try to have a nice place setting; however, all the silverware will be plastic.

Does anyone have any simple etiquette rules/ideas they would like to pass along?

I still remember my Mutual Etiquette Dinner...and I like to think, most of what they taught. Let's see if I have any off-the-top-of-my-head ideas for you.
Put some butter on your bread plate and break off bite-size pieces of the bread to spread and then eat.
Cut only one bite at a time.
Napkin on your lap.
When you're done eating, put your utensils on your plate together.
Of course, don't talk with your mouth full!
And (my worst one) don't rest your elbows on the table.
When you're not doing anything with it, your left hand should rest loosely in your lap.
Did I get these to you in time? Hope they're helpful.

Oo, oo, if you have to get something out of your mouth, hold your napkin up and discreetly take the offending bit of food out with it.
If you have to sneeze or cough, turn your face away from the table and other diners...and don't forget to cover well.
